Born and raised in GTA, David understands the many benefits of living in Toronto: the die hard sport fans, diverse cultures, and world class cuisines. It’s a no brainer that Toronto has been ranked the Top 20 city in the world. David is a world traveler, loves to buy a one way ticket to a destination and explore for months on out. That gave him the opportunity to connect with many foreign investors who are actively looking to invest in the Canadian Real Estate Markets.


Aside from traveling, David is also a martial arts instructor at Canada’s Oldest Kung Fu Club (Hong Luck Kung Fu Club) at Spadina Chinatown. It was there he discovered his passion in teaching the younger generation about Chinese martial arts and culture.


He noticed that representing clients during a Real Estate transaction reminds him of teaching martial arts. It’s all about patience and dechiphering Real Estate in a simple and understandable matter. 


Today, with the team at Justin Strachan Real Estate - which includes a full team of stagers, photographers, contractors and mortgage partners. David focuses on assisting millennials with their buying, selling, investing needs. Making the whole Real Estate transaction an easy and effortless process.
